Track your order
Enter your order ID (from your confirmation screen) and the phone number you checked out with.
How to shop with Pure Spark
A quick walkthrough of buying, paying, and receiving your order — plus how staff sign in to manage the shop.
Add products to cart
Browse the range or the Complete Home Cleaning Kit bundle. Tap the round + button on a product to add it, or open the cart to adjust quantities.
Choose delivery or pickup
At checkout, pick home delivery (enter your address and a landmark) or walk-in pickup at our Amasaman Jiddah location.
Pay with Mobile Money
Send the total shown to the MoMo number displayed at checkout, then enter the Transaction ID from your MoMo confirmation SMS.
We verify your payment
Your order is placed as "Pending Verification". Our team checks the transaction ID against the MoMo number and confirms it.
Track your order
Use the Track Order tab with your Order ID and phone number to follow it through Processing, Delivery/Pickup, and Completed.
Confirm & rate
Once a rider marks your delivery (or your pickup) as complete, Track Order will ask you to confirm you received it and leave a quick star rating.
Staff access
Manager, Developer, and Dispatch tabs are protected. Managers verify payments, keep client records, and update orders; developers manage products and shop settings; dispatch riders register to claim and deliver orders. See the README for default passcodes.
Dispatch rider sign-in
Register once, then sign in with your phone number and PIN to claim deliveries.
Rider dashboard
Orders that are packed and ready to go out. Claim one to see the client's contact and location.
Deliveries you've claimed. Mark them delivered once handed to the client.

Hubtel (subscription payments)
Used only for the platform subscription — never for customer checkout. Your Hubtel Client ID/Secret live in the Cloud Function's server-side config, not here — see the README's "Hubtel Cloud Function setup" section. This field just points the app at your deployed function.

Grant additional accounts below after they've signed up. Note: only the two accounts above can edit Shop Settings or the Subscription, even if granted "Developer" here — that's enforced by Firestore rules, not this list.
Storage inspector
Live, read-only view of every key currently stored for this app (shared scope).

Resetting clears all products, settings, and orders from storage and reseeds the demo defaults. This cannot be undone.
